Online platform information

For the online conference we will use the Zoom.us platform

The necessary measures will be taken to secure your connection:

• You can join us by downloading the Zoom app on your mobile phone or your PC or laptop our join us by using the Google Chrome browser (without need for downloads)
• The sessions will be password protected
• Personal one-on-one chats will be disabled
• Automatic saving of chats, ... will be disabled
• The sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference on the website (only viewing will be made possible. Sharing and downloading will be disabled)
• 5 minutes after the start of every session the room will be locked, so make sure to join us on time.

Details on meeting ID(s) and password(s) will be sent to registered participants one week before the conference
